By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms below. These terms are subject to change and my TOS may update at any time.

Commission inquires can done on any site, but twitter DMs are the quickest way to contact me.

Character designs and/or commissions are for personal use only.

I don't work with deadlines by default, if you have a deadline in mind, it must be discussed beforehand.

I will send you wip images of the commission at the sketching and coloring phases of the commission, and encourge you to ask for changes at those stages if need be. (YCHs may be an exception to this.)

Major changes after each of those stages may incur an extra fee.

Anything unintentionally missing at those stages or after (like an incorrect / missing marking or accessory) may be pointed out and corrected by me without an additional fee attatched.

Most commissions will take a few weeks to a month to complete, but this depends highly on how large my current queue is. My trello page freely displays how long my queue is at the current moment.

I will email the full resolution files of your commission after it is complete to whatever email that you provide.

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, and I do not own you an explanation

Please don't repost my work at all. Character storage sites like charahub and toyhouse (I have an account you can credit me to) are fine.

I maintain all rights to my artwork that I produce, including the right to display my art as commission examples, post wips & finished images to twitter, my art discord, and other personal websites. If a client wants a private commission, that must be discussed with me before payment is made.

I only work off of visual references, I don’t do commissions based off of a written description alone.

You can use your commission for page decor, icons, banners, etc with credit back to me. Printing it out for a badge or to display on your wall is perfectly fine, as long as it isn't used for profit and fits under personal use.

Do not edit my artwork itself without permission, especially to remove my watermark / signature.

Please ask me beforehand before sending me reference images that contain NSFW content.

You do not have permission to use my work for anything related to AI "art" or NFTS, including tokenizing or promotion.

All my prices are in USD.

I only take invoices via. Paypal, and I will only start your commission once full payment has been received.

Make sure you have money available before claiming a slot for a commission.

There are no refunds for pre-made designs and adoptables.

I only consider payment plans for payments above $120. You need to discuss this with me before commissioning me.

For custom commissions, I offer refunds based off of how much of the commission is done. I do not do full refunds. I can make small changes and edits as requested, but I will not re-do the whole commission.

You're paying for a purely digital piece of artwork, the order will be confirmed by me after the piece has been delivered to you via. online message. All goods are digital so an address isn't required. Your item will never be physically shipped.

If payment is not received within 24 hours of accepting your request or sending an invoice, the purchase will be canceled.

All sales are final on my designs, I do not do refunds.

Do not claim that you are the original creator of my designs.

Resale prices of my designs must be the same as what they were sold for, unless there is additional art attached. Trading and gifting is fine.

I ask that you do not modify the original art made by me, but modification of any of the design's details is perfectly fine.

Don't use my designs for hateful, homophobic, transphobic, pedophilic, or incestuous etc. purposes or you'll be blacklisted.
